Privacy policy

Zorvia is a web development studio. This page explains what happens to a note you send, and nothing more elaborate than that. Questions go to hello@zorvia.work.

What you send

The commission form does not save your words on this server. It opens the email program on your device, addressed to the studio, with the fields you filled in. If you send that email, we receive your name, your email address, the commission you named, and whatever you wrote.

We read it to answer you and, if you go ahead, to build the site. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

What the pages themselves collect

This website has no account, no shopping cart, and no analytics cookie. It does not ask for a card number. Typefaces are requested by your browser from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google, not to a file on this server.

Keeping and deleting

The email stays in the studio inbox for as long as we need it to do the work or to answer a later question about it. Write to the same address and ask, and we will delete the thread. A record of a paid commission and its refund, if there was one, may be kept for ordinary bookkeeping.

The 30-day refund

The fee on the commission you ordered is covered by a refund guarantee for 30 days from the day we deliver the finished site. If you are not satisfied, email within those 30 days and the fee is returned in full. Money you pay to a domain registrar or a host is outside that fee, so it is outside the refund. Details sit on the studio page.
